STERLING GP-NEW (ASX: 01825) has issued an announcement, effective from June 18, 2026.

Ms. Zhang Man has resigned from her position as an executive director, effective June 18, 2026, in order to dedicate more time to developing her personal career.

Consequently, Ms. Zhang has also ceased to serve as the company's authorized representative for the purposes of Rule 3.05 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong.

Ms. Wang Meihui, an executive director and the chairperson of the company, has been appointed as the authorized representative to fill the resulting vacancy, effective from June 18, 2026.
