Oxley Holdings issues profit warning for FY2026

Oxley Holdings Limited announced on Jul, 29 2026 that it expects to report a loss after taxation for the financial year ended Jun, 30 2026 (FY2026), despite posting a profit for the first half year ended Dec, 31 2025.

The anticipated loss in the second half of FY2026 was mainly due to fair value adjustments and impairment losses on some of the Group’s assets. Management also indicated that the overall FY2026 performance will be weaker than that of FY2025.

The company said it is finalising its unaudited FY2026 results, which are scheduled for release on or before Aug, 29 2026. It advised shareholders and potential investors to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s securities.
