06/02

VISEN Pharmaceuticals reported a repurchase of 5,000 ordinary shares on 2 June 2026, acquiring the stock on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices ranging from HK$21.40 to HK$22.00 per share. The volume-weighted average repurchase price was HK$21.73, bringing the total cash outlay to approximately HK$0.11 million.

Following the transaction, VISEN’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) fell marginally by 0.004 % to 113.86 million shares, while the treasury-share balance increased to 63,300 shares. The company’s total issued share count remains unchanged at 113.93 million shares, as the repurchased shares are being held in treasury rather than cancelled.

The buyback was executed under the repurchase mandate approved on 27 June 2025, which authorises up to 11.39 million shares for repurchase. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now total 63,300 shares, representing 0.06 % of the company’s issued shares at the time the mandate was granted.

In line with Hong Kong listing rules, VISEN is subject to a 30-day moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares, effective until 2 July 2026. The board confirmed all regulatory requirements were met for the latest transaction.
