China Huarong Energy Company Limited announced that, effective 21 May 2026, its Board of Directors will comprise three executive directors: NIU Jianmin, HONG Liang and ZHU Wen Hua.

NIU Jianmin will continue to serve as Board Chairman and will chair the Nomination Committee while holding memberships in both the Corporate Governance Committee and the Remuneration Committee.

HONG Liang, the company’s Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operation Officer, will sit on the Corporate Governance Committee.

ZHU Wen Hua has been appointed as a member of the Audit Committee.

The Board maintains five specialised committees—Audit, Corporate Governance, Finance and Investment, Nomination and Remuneration—ensuring focused oversight across governance, financial stewardship and executive compensation.
