On March 4, 2026, Jiangsu Guofu Hydrogen Energy Equipment Co., Ltd. (“GUOFUHEE”) entered into a tripartite supply cooperation agreement with BTE and Hylium. The agreement involves a 10MW-class data center power generation demonstration project in the North American market, where GUOFUHEE will design, manufacture, and supply a natural gas reforming hydrogen production system package, providing related technical services.

BTE and Hylium will be responsible for handling the engineering system for customer delivery and the power generation system. According to the announcement, this initiative represents a strategic step toward expanding GUOFUHEE’s overseas presence and advancing multi-scenario hydrogen application, while also addressing global data center power shortages. The company’s Board anticipates that the successful implementation of the demonstration project will positively impact overall revenue.
