China Everbright Greentech Limited (CEB Greentech) announced that Executive Director Huang Chaoxiong resigned effective 17 July 2026 due to other business arrangements. Huang confirmed he has no disagreement with the board and there are no matters requiring shareholder attention. The board expressed gratitude for his contributions.

Concurrently, Huang ceased to act as the alternate authorised representative to CEO Liang Haidong under Rule 3.06(2) of the Hong Kong Listing Rules. Chief Financial Officer Qu Ning has been appointed to this role, also effective 17 July 2026.
