LifeTech Scientific Corporation reported that Executive Directors Mr. Liu Jianxiong and Ms. Feng Xiaoling have stepped down from the Board, effective upon the 22 May 2026 Board meeting. Mr. Liu also relinquished his position as an authorised representative, while Ms. Feng vacated her seat on the nomination committee.

Both executives stated the decision will allow them to allocate more time to other commitments. Despite leaving the Board, their operational responsibilities remain unchanged: • Mr. Liu continues as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary. • Ms. Feng remains Vice President of the International Business Unit.

The Board now has one remaining authorised representative and is searching for a replacement to meet Hong Kong Stock Exchange Rule 3.05 compliance requirements.

The company expressed appreciation for the contributions of Mr. Liu and Ms. Feng during their tenure as Executive Directors.
