A significant shareholder of SDHS NEW ENERGY (01250) transferred shares from Shanghai Pudong Development Bank Co.,Ltd. to Industrial Bank Co.,Ltd. on April 24. The value of the transferred shares was HKD 2.022 billion, representing 56.97% of the holdings.

In a separate announcement, SDHS NEW ENERGY reported that the operational power generation volume for projects held and/or managed by the group, its associates, and joint ventures was approximately 448,200 megawatt-hours in February 2026. This represents a decrease of approximately 8.5% compared to the same period in 2025.

For the two-month period ending February 28, 2026, the group's cumulative total power generation reached approximately 953,600 megawatt-hours. This figure reflects a decline of about 6.5% compared to the corresponding period in the previous year.
