ENN Natural Gas Co., Ltd. is currently undergoing privatisation via a scheme of arrangement. In connection with this process, the Hong Kong Takeovers Executive on 27 May 2026 published a Rule 22 disclosure showing limited trading activity by CITIC Securities Company Limited, a Class (5) associate of the offeror.

On 26 May 2026, CITIC Securities executed two transactions in A-shares of ENN Natural Gas:

1. Creation of new index-tracking exchange-traded funds (ETFs): • Nature of dealing: Sale • Volume: 4,000 shares • Consideration: RMB 78,236.00 • Price range: RMB 19.61 (high) to RMB 19.52 (low) per share

2. Dealing in pre-existing index-tracking ETFs: • Nature of dealing: Purchase • Volume: 100 shares • Consideration: RMB 1,953.00 • Execution price: RMB 19.53 per share

The combined net sale amounted to 3,900 shares, representing well below 1% of ENN Natural Gas’s issued share capital. All trades were conducted for CITIC Securities’ own account and settled in RMB. The disclosure fulfills the reporting obligations linked to the ongoing privatisation proceedings.
