Trip.com Group Limited (Stock Code: 9961) reported third-quarter 2025 net revenue of RMB18.3 billion (US$2.6 billion), marking a 16% increase from the same period in 2024 and a 24% rise from the previous quarter, attributed largely to robust travel demand and seasonal factors. International operations achieved an around 60% year-over-year booking increase on the international OTA platform, as well as a surge of over 100% year-over-year in inbound travel bookings. Outbound flight and hotel reservations reached approximately 140% of the 2019 level for the same period.
Accommodation reservation revenue grew 18% year-over-year to RMB8.0 billion (US$1.1 billion), and transportation ticketing rose 12% from the same period in 2024 to RMB6.3 billion (US$886 million). Packaged-tour revenue saw a 3% year-over-year increase to RMB1.6 billion (US$226 million), while corporate travel revenue improved 15% over the same period last year to RMB756 million (US$106 million).
Net income reached RMB19.9 billion (US$2.8 billion), compared to RMB6.8 billion in the same quarter of 2024, largely aided by the partial disposal of certain investments. Adjusted EBITDA stood at RMB6.3 billion (US$892 million), contributing to a 35% adjusted EBITDA margin. As of September 30, 2025, Trip.com Group Limited held a cash and short-term investment balance of RMB107.7 billion (US$15.1 billion).
