Top Glove Corporation Bhd announced that Kumpulan Wang Persaraan (Diperbadankan) acquired 104,000 ordinary shares on Jun, 16 2026 through open-market transactions executed by its fund manager.

Following the purchase, KWAP’s direct holding in Top Glove stands at 442,703,250 shares (5.521%), while its indirect/deemed interest has risen to 89,626,400 shares (1.118%). In aggregate, KWAP is now interested in 532,329,650 Top Glove shares, equivalent to approximately 6.639% of the company’s issued share capital.
