A.Plus Group Holdings Limited announced that its 2025/26 Annual Report, the related AGM circular, notice of its annual general meeting (scheduled for 24 August 2026) and proxy form are now available in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (www.aplusgp.com) and the HKEX website (www.hkexnews.hk).

In parallel, the company has published its 2025/26 Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Report exclusively online. No printed copies of the ESG Report will be distributed.

The board is encouraging non-registered shareholders—those whose shares are held through the Central Clearing and Settlement System—to provide an email address via Hong Kong Securities Clearing Company Limited (HKSCC) if they prefer to receive future corporate-communication alerts electronically rather than by post. If no valid email address is on record, the company will continue to send printed notification letters to the postal address provided by HKSCC.

Shareholders may request printed versions of any corporate communications at any time by writing to the company’s Hong Kong share registrar, Union Registrars Limited. Existing requests for printed materials remain valid for one year from the registrar’s receipt unless revoked or renewed.

Enclosed printed copies of the Annual Report and circular have been dispatched to shareholders who previously opted for physical documents.
