The volume-weighted average purchase price was approximately USD 6.94, bringing the aggregate consideration to USD 5.14 million.

Following the transaction, Li Auto’s issued share count (excluding treasury shares) decreased by 0.04% to 1.73 billion shares, while treasury share holdings rose to 83.70 million.
