Tenfu Executes HK$67,770 Share Buyback; Outstanding Share Capital Steady at 1.08 Billion

Tenfu (Cayman) Holdings Company Limited disclosed in a Next Day Disclosure Return dated 5 June 2026 that it repurchased 25,000 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on the same day. The shares were bought back within a price range of HK$2.70–HK$2.80, resulting in a total consideration of HK$67,770 and an average cost of HK$2.71 per share. All repurchased shares are scheduled for cancellation.

The transaction leaves the company’s issued share capital unchanged, with both the opening and closing balances standing at 1,082,811,460 shares. No treasury shares were held.

Since the current repurchase mandate was approved on 11 May 2026, Tenfu has bought back 78,000 shares, equivalent to 0.0072% of the issued share base on the mandate date. Including buybacks conducted before the mandate, 145,000 shares are awaiting cancellation. The mandate permits repurchases of up to 108.28 million shares, leaving approximately 108.20 million shares still available.

Under Hong Kong listing rules, Tenfu is subject to a 30-day moratorium on issuing new shares until 5 July 2026 following the latest repurchase.
