Country Garden Services Holdings Company Limited (CG Services) has finalised the cash amounts for its FY 2025 shareholder return, declaring a final dividend of HK 5.32 cents per share and a special dividend of HK 48.05 cents per share. Both distributions were approved at the 29 May 2026 annual general meeting and will be offered under a scrip dividend scheme, giving shareholders the choice of receiving the dividends in new shares, cash, or a combination of both.

The payout corresponds to the Board’s commitment to distribute no less than 60% of FY 2025 core net profit—approximately RMB 1.51 billion—to shareholders. Based on the 3,256.73 million shares entitled to dividends as of the 11 June 2026 record date (after deducting 1.60 million repurchased shares pending cancellation), the per-share figures were fixed using the average RMB/HK$ central parity rate of 1.14964 during 5–11 June 2026.
