On 18 September 2026, Ares Asia Limited announced a senior management change effective 19 September 2026.

Ivy Chow, the current Company Secretary, Authorised Representative under Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Listing Rules, and authorised representative for acceptance of service of process in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance, has tendered her resignation. Chow confirmed no disagreement with the Board and no matters requiring shareholder or Stock Exchange attention.

Joanna Lau will assume all three roles on the same date. Lau is Head of Corporate Services at Acclime Corporate Services Limited, bringing more than 25 years of corporate and regulatory compliance experience across Hong Kong and mainland China. She holds associate memberships with The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute and The Chartered Governance Institute (UK), carrying the designations of Chartered Secretary and Chartered Governance Professional.

The Board, chaired by Executive Director Robert Lai, expressed gratitude to Chow for her contributions and welcomed Lau to the post. Current Board composition includes one executive director, one non-executive director, and three independent non-executive directors.
