ANGELALIGN (06699) has announced the creation of a new senior management position—Chief Strategy Officer (CSO). The primary responsibilities of this role will focus on the company’s medium to long-term overall strategic planning, implementation of strategic key projects, leading innovation direction exploration, and driving collaborative development with invested enterprises. The Board of Directors has appointed the company’s executive director, Song Xin, as the Chief Strategy Officer, effective November 1, 2025. Following this appointment, Song Xin will no longer serve as the Chief Operating Officer of the company.
