Yanlord Land completes another S$31.0 million repurchase of 2026 green notes

Yanlord Land Group Limited said on Dec, 08 2025 that its wholly owned unit, Yanlord Land (HK) Co., Limited, has completed an additional repurchase and cancellation of 31.0 million Singapore dollars in principal amount of its 5.125% green senior notes due 2026.

The latest buyback equals about 6.2% of the notes’ original issue size and follows earlier repurchases of 32.99 million, 40.70 million, 46.65 million, 34.72 million and 32.00 million Singapore dollars announced on Apr, 11 2025, Jul, 11 2025, Jul, 30 2025, Sep, 30 2025 and Nov, 21 2025, respectively.

After canceling the newly repurchased notes, the outstanding principal of the 2026 notes has been trimmed to 281.94 million Singapore dollars.
