PACIFIC BASIN (02343) announced the completion of its share buyback program. The company repurchased a total of approximately 151 million shares on the Stock Exchange, with a total consideration (before expenses) of around HK$311 million (equivalent to approximately US$40 million). All repurchased shares have been canceled.
