CENTURY C INT'L (00355), Paliburg Holdings (00617), and Regal International (00078) issued a joint announcement stating that the boards of directors of Century City, Paliburg, and Regal are pleased to announce that all preconditions under the share purchase agreement have been fulfilled. The transaction was completed on September 29, 2025, as mutually agreed by all parties in accordance with the terms and conditions of the share purchase agreement.

Following the completion, the target company is no longer a subsidiary of Century City, Paliburg, and Regal, and the financial results of the target company will no longer be consolidated in the consolidated financial statements of Century City, Paliburg, and Regal.
