Khoon Group (924) reported in its 2024/2025 Annual Report that revenue reached approximately S$77.7 million for the year ended 30 June 2025, rising 11.7% compared with the prior year’s S$69.5 million. The increase was attributed to higher construction demand in Singapore.

The gross profit stood at around S$5.1 million, lower than last year’s S$5.9 million. The Group cited increased costs of services for the dip. Net loss after tax expanded from around S$9,000 to about S$2.1 million. Management attributed the result mainly to increased impairment losses on financial assets and contract assets, as well as higher staff expenses.

Looking ahead, Khoon Group highlighted Singapore’s Building and Construction Authority projections indicating construction demand of S$47–53 billion in 2025. Public projects are expected to remain significant, and the Group plans to leverage its expertise to capture potential opportunities in new developments and public housing initiatives.
