BOE VARITRONIX (00710) announced that Mr. Gao Wenbao has resigned from his positions as Executive Director and Chairman of the Board, while Mr. Jin Hao has resigned as Non-Executive Director, with both resignations taking effect from October 10, 2025.

Mr. Su Ning has been appointed as Chairman of the Board, Mr. Lu Bozhi has been appointed as Executive Director, and Mr. Liu Jing has been appointed as Non-Executive Director, all effective from October 10, 2025.

Mr. Gao will no longer serve as Chairman of the Nomination Committee and Investment Committee, nor as a member of the Remuneration Committee, effective from October 10, 2025. Mr. Su has been appointed as Chairman of the Nomination Committee and Investment Committee and as a member of the Remuneration Committee, Ms. Gao Yingxin has been appointed as a member of the Nomination Committee, and Mr. Lu has been appointed as a member of the Investment Committee, all effective from October 10, 2025.
