SAMSONITE (SEHK: 01910) has announced the issuance of new shares pursuant to its equity incentive scheme.

In accordance with the time-based restricted share units granted under the company's share award plan adopted on December 21, 2022, a total of 797,800 ordinary shares were issued and allotted on June 12, 2026, to senior management personnel and one employee upon the vesting of these awards.

Furthermore, as a result of the vesting of time-based restricted share units granted under the same plan to a company director, an additional 1,036,100 ordinary shares were issued and allotted on the same date, June 12, 2026.

The combined total number of new shares issued amounts to 1,833,900 shares.
