(Broad Magic Cube), has successfully obtained evaluation certification from the US-based International Code Council Evaluation Service (ICC-ES), receiving an ESR (Evaluation Service Report).

ICC-ES is a leading building product evaluation agency in the United States, and its evaluation reports are widely recognised as technical benchmarks within the US building code framework. This certification confirms that Broad Magic Cube's modular building products meet the requirements of US building codes regarding material performance, structural safety, fire resistance ratings, and durability.

The ICC-ES certification is expected to facilitate the promotion and sale of the group's modular building products in the US market, laying a foundation for expanding into the North American market. The board considers this certification a demonstration of the group's technical strength in the modular building sector, aligning with its global expansion strategy.
