SIHUAN PHARM (00460) shares climbed more than 6% in Hong Kong trading on Tuesday, with the stock last up 6.47% at HK$0.905, on turnover of HK$36.93 million.
The rally follows the company's positive profit alert, in which it guided for revenue of no less than RMB 1.14 billion for the six months ending June 30, 2026, roughly flat year-on-year. Net profit for the period is expected to reach at least RMB 210 million, representing a surge of no less than 217.2% compared to the same period last year.
During the period, the company's aesthetic medicine division continued to benefit from steady growth in its core product Letybo® (botulinum toxin), alongside sustained volume expansion of regenerative aesthetic products—including collagen-stimulating fillers commonly referred to as "baby face" and "girl face" injectables—and functional aesthetic offerings. This product mix has driven consistent revenue growth in the segment.
Analysts at China Great Wall Securities noted that SIHUAN PHARM has successfully built a comprehensive portfolio spanning five key categories in aesthetic medicine: botulinum toxin, hyaluronic acid, regenerative materials, photoelectric devices, and active essence solutions. The brokerage believes the company's aesthetic business has entered a phase of rapid volume growth, while profitability in innovative drugs, other pharmaceuticals, and generics is expected to improve, marking a turning point in the company's operations.
