Smart City Development Holdings Limited has scheduled a board meeting for 29 June 2026 at its Hong Kong headquarters (11/F, Nanyang Plaza, Kwun Tong). Directors will review and approve the audited consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year ended 31 March 2026 and decide whether to declare a final dividend.

The current Board comprises Executive Directors Mr. Hung Kenneth and Ms. Wong Tsz Ki alongside Independent Non-Executive Directors Mr. Wong Yuk Lun Alan, Mr. Lam Wai Hung and Ms. Au Shui Ming Anna.

Pursuant to GEM Listing Rules, the announcement will remain available on the GEM website (www.hkgem.com) and the company’s website (www.smartcity-d.com) for at least seven days from 12 June 2026.
