Hong Kong Stock Exchange filings reveal that on July 31, GreenAir Energy Global Limited increased its position in MAXICITY (02295) by acquiring 3.525 million shares.

The shares were purchased at an average price of HK$0.6545 each, bringing the total transaction value to approximately HK$2.3071 million.

Following this acquisition, GreenAir Energy Global Limited now holds roughly 304 million shares of MAXICITY, representing a 75.88% stake in the company.

Other parties connected to this transaction include Zhu Liming and Luo Ji.
