A batch of specialty dried vegetables from Lingyuan—dehydrated beans—recently completed customs clearance through the 9810 cross-border e-commerce export overseas warehouse model, officially departing for an overseas warehouse in Thailand. This marks the first 9810 cross-border e-commerce export shipment for agricultural products from Chaoyang City.

According to reports, after the dehydrated beans were bulk-pre-positioned in the Thai overseas warehouse, overseas consumers placed orders through e-commerce platforms. The warehouse then directly sorted and dispatched the goods, enabling local delivery for rapid fulfillment. This model effectively shortens delivery cycles, reduces transportation losses, and optimizes the capital turnover efficiency for enterprises.

The success of the dehydrated beans "storming" Thailand is supported by the comprehensive one-stop services of the Lingyuan Cross-Border E-Commerce Industrial Park. The park provides full-process agency services for agricultural product origin quality control, customs declaration, and inspection applications. It standardizes the collation of inspection and quarantine documents, helping enterprises navigate overseas market access barriers and shorten processing times. It simultaneously addresses the dual challenges of overseas market sales and import inspection standards.

On the sales front, the park has opened up mainstream e-commerce sales channels in Southeast Asia, supporting services such as overseas store operations, localized marketing, and after-sales maintenance. This compensates for enterprises' lack of direct overseas sales channels.
