On 16 October 2026, after the trading session, a wholly-owned special purpose entity subsidiary of China Aircraft Leasing Group Holdings Limited (CALC) (01848) entered into an Aircraft Sale and Purchase Agreement with an independent third party (the buyer) for the sale of one Airbus A320-200 aircraft.

The disposal is expected to be completed on or before 31 October 2026.
