ImmuneOnco Buys Back 92,400 H-Shares for HKD 0.30 Million, Lifting Treasury Stock to 2.27 Million

ImmuneOnco Biopharmaceuticals (Shanghai) Inc. repurchased 92,400 H-shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 16 September 2026, paying an aggregate HKD 0.30 million at prices ranging from HKD 3.155 to HKD 3.27 per share (VWAP: HKD 3.2205).

Following the transaction, the company’s outstanding H-share count (excluding treasury shares) fell 0.0221% to 418.21 million, while treasury shares rose to 2.27 million. Total issued shares remained unchanged at 420.48 million.

The buyback was executed under the repurchase mandate approved on 28 May 2026, which authorises ImmuneOnco to acquire up to 43.15 million shares. To date, 2.27 million shares—equivalent to 0.527% of the company’s issued share capital at the mandate date—have been bought back, all of which are held as treasury shares; none have yet been cancelled.

In accordance with Hong Kong listing rules, ImmuneOnco is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 16 October 2026.
