Profit attributable to shareholders reached RMB 220 million, marking a turnaround from loss to profit compared to the same period last year. Earnings per share stood at RMB 0.09.

During the first half of 2025, the company's power battery business generated sales revenue of RMB 2.985 billion with shipment volume of 7.63GWh. Both sales revenue and shipment volume registered year-on-year growth exceeding 80%.

The company continued to strengthen its position in the new energy passenger vehicle market, with improvements in both battery installation volume ranking and market share within the industry. According to data from the China Automotive Battery Innovation Alliance, ZENERGY ranked 7th in new energy passenger vehicle battery installations for the period from January to June 2025. Notably, the company's monthly ranking for new energy passenger vehicle battery installations climbed to 6th place nationally in June.
