Under the agreement, the two companies will conduct joint feasibility studies and commercial exploration for Robotaxi deployment, with plans to advance pilot programs in key markets such as Europe. The partnership will also deepen coordination in market expansion, operational models, and commercial pathways to transition projects from pilot verification to scaled application.

In this collaboration, CAOCAO INC will leverage its strengths in ride-hailing platform operations, fleet management, custom vehicle solutions, and large-scale commercial operations, participating as the owner and operator of the Robotaxi fleet. May Mobility will contribute its leading autonomous driving technology capabilities, providing the autonomous driving system support necessary for Robotaxi operations.

It is noteworthy that CAOCAO INC recently announced a comprehensive AI transformation and launched its RoboX strategy. As the primary commercial vehicle for Geely Holding Group's RoboX initiative, CAOCAO INC plans to build an intelligent transportation system covering scenarios like Robotaxi and Robovan, centered on three core elements: intelligent custom vehicles, intelligent driving technology, and intelligent operations.

May Mobility, a globally recognized leader in autonomous driving technology, has developed its proprietary In-situ AI technology. This system integrates deep learning, dynamic world models, and real-time reasoning engines to help autonomous vehicles navigate complex and variable road environments. The company has established partnerships with several industry leaders and is already operating autonomous mobility services in the United States and Japan.
