TENFU Executes Share Buyback; Cancels 179,000 Shares and Lowers Share Count to 1.08 Billion

Tenfu (Cayman) Holdings Company Limited reported the cancellation of 179,000 ordinary shares on 8 July 2026 following buybacks carried out between 8 May and 2 July 2026. The cancellation reduced the company’s issued share capital from 1.08 billion to 1.08 billion shares, a decrease of 0.02%. The cancelled shares were repurchased at a volume-weighted average price of HKD 2.78 per share, implying a cash outlay of approximately HKD 0.50 million.

In addition, 13,000 shares were repurchased between 3 and 8 July 2026 at an average cost of about HKD 2.70 per share (total consideration: roughly HKD 0.04 million). These shares were earmarked for cancellation but remained outstanding as of the disclosure date.

Under the repurchase mandate approved on 11 May 2026, Tenfu is authorised to buy back up to 108.28 million shares, equivalent to 10.00% of its issued share capital at the mandate date. To date, 190,000 shares have been repurchased under this authorisation, representing 0.02% of the shares outstanding when the mandate was granted. A moratorium on new share issuances or treasury-share sales runs through 7 August 2026, in accordance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange regulations.

Following the latest transactions, Tenfu’s issued share count stands at 1,082.63 million ordinary shares, all of which are listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (stock code: 06868).
