The transaction was executed at a price of HK$1.90 per share, resulting in a total consideration of roughly HK$90.62 million.

Following this disposal, the company's shareholding now stands at 474 million shares, representing a 49.34% stake.

The MIAO Wanyi Trust fully owns Miao Wanyi Holdings Limited, which holds a 99% stake in Snowy.M Holdings Limited.
