EnGro Corporation Limited announced an update on the winding-up application filed against one of its subsidiaries.

The company said that the Assistant Registrar of the Supreme Court dismissed its application to stay the winding-up proceedings on Feb, 9 2026. EnGro has appealed the decision to a High Court Judge, with the appeal scheduled to be heard on Apr, 6 2026.
