HTSC (06886) announced that Huatai International Finance Limited ("Huatai International Finance"), a subsidiary of Huatai International Financial Holdings Limited ("Huatai International"), which is a wholly-owned overseas subsidiary of Huatai Securities Co., Ltd. (the "Company"), established a medium-term note program (the "MTN Program") on October 27, 2020, with a maximum aggregate principal amount of US$3 billion (or equivalent in other currencies). This MTN Program is guaranteed by Huatai International (the "Guarantee").

On August 25, 2025, Huatai International Finance issued medium-term notes under the aforementioned MTN Program with an issuance amount of HK$300 million. Based on the Hong Kong dollar to Renminbi exchange rate as of July 31, 2025 (1 HKD = 0.9108 RMB), the total guarantee amount equals RMB 273 million.
