Man Wah Holdings Extends Share Buyback: 2.00 Million Shares Repurchased on 21 May; Cumulative Buybacks Reach 17.20 Million Shares

Man Wah Holdings Limited disclosed that on 21 May 2026 it repurchased 2.00 million ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices ranging between HKD 3.56 and HKD 3.68 per share, for a total consideration of HKD 7.21 million. All shares were bought for cancellation.

Including earlier transactions on 18–20 May, the company has acquired 17.20 million shares over four consecutive trading days at a volume-weighted average price of HKD 3.73, deploying an estimated HKD 64.18 million. These repurchased shares represent 0.44 % of the company’s issued share capital as at the date of the existing mandate (30 June 2025).

Following the latest transaction, Man Wah’s issued share capital remains unchanged at 3,878.08 million shares because the repurchased shares have not yet been cancelled. Under the current shareholder mandate, the company is authorised to buy back up to 387.81 million shares; after the recent purchases, approximately 370.60 million shares—about 95.56 % of the original limit—remain available for repurchase.

In line with Hong Kong listing regulations, Man Wah is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares until 20 June 2026. The board confirms that all repurchases have been executed within the parameters of the mandate and in compliance with applicable rules.
