EDVANTAGE GROUP (00382) announced that on October 31, 2025 (after trading hours), Huashang Hotel (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) signed a hotel management contract with Sun City Hotel. Under the agreement, Sun City Hotel will lease its premises to Huashang Hotel for operation. The premises include the main building of Guangzhou Sun City Hotel, staff dormitories, and canteen.

Guangzhou Sun City Hotel is a 4-star hotel with a 30-year history, known as a distinctive international hotel offering extensive facilities and a stable customer base. Located in downtown Guangzhou with convenient public transportation, it is also close to the group’s educational institutions in the city, providing accessibility for students, faculty, and clients.

The group has a long-standing collaboration with Sun City Hotel and is familiar with its background, premises, facilities, and services. Considering that faculty and students from Huashang Hotel Management College have already operated Guangzhou Sun City Hotel for a year and are well-acquainted with its operations, the group believes the hotel is an ideal location to enhance industry-education integration and school-enterprise cooperation, offering valuable practical learning opportunities for students.
