The Postal Savings Bank of China (PSBC) (01658) has announced that its independent non-executive directors, Mr. Wen Tiejun and Ms. Pan Yingli, will step down from their roles effective June 30, 2026, upon the completion of their terms.

Concurrently, Mr. Wen Tiejun will cease to serve as the Chairman and a member of the Board's Nomination and Remuneration Committee, a member of the Board's Strategic Planning Committee, and a member of the Board's Audit Committee.

Ms. Pan Yingli will also step down from her positions as a member of the Board's Connected Transactions Control Committee, a member of the Board's Audit Committee, and a member of the Board's Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
