On December 23, CPIC announced that it recently received approval from the National Financial Regulatory Administration (NFRA) for the revised Articles of Association (Approval No. Jin Fu [2025] 739).

Effective from the approval date of the amended Articles of Association, the company's Supervisory Committee has been formally dissolved. The Board's Audit and Related Party Transactions Control Committee will now assume the supervisory functions previously held by the committee, as stipulated by China's Company Law and regulatory requirements.

Current supervisors of the company will no longer serve in their roles. It has been confirmed that they have no differing opinions and no matters requiring notification to shareholders or creditors.
