Ms. Jiao Qianqian also stepped down as Joint Company Secretary due to work adjustments but will remain as Board Secretary. On December 2, 2025, Ms. Ma Yongyi was appointed as Joint Company Secretary and Authorized Representative to fill the vacancy left by Mr. Hou's resignation. Additionally, in line with the company's operational and management needs, the Board resolved on December 2, 2025, to propose the appointment of Mr. Sun Yunzi as Joint Company Secretary.
