K. Wah International Holdings Limited announced that its board will convene on 27 August 2026 to approve the unaudited interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2026. The meeting agenda also includes deliberation on an interim dividend or other distribution and any additional corporate matters.

The announcement, dated 13 August 2026, was issued by Company Secretary Miranda Tse on behalf of the board. K. Wah International’s board currently comprises three Executive Directors—Chairman Francis Lui Yiu Tung, Co-Managing Directors Paddy Tang Lui Wai Yu and Alexander Lui Yiu Wah; one Non-executive Director, Dr. Moses Cheng Mo Chi; and three Independent Non-executive Directors, Wong Kwai Lam, Nip Yun Wing and Cheung Kin Sang.
