At the "2025 Technology Leaders Summit" annual ceremony held in Beijing, a dialogue on "The Path to 6G Integration and Innovation" featured Shao Chunju, Dean of the Future Research Institute at China Mobile Research Institute, Tu Jiashun, Chief Expert of Strategy and Ecosystem at ZTE Corporation, Liu Hong, Technical General Manager of GSMA Greater China, and Xu Zhikun, Deputy Director of the Forward-looking Standards Center at Unisoc.

Shao Chunju stated that after more than six years of development, China has built the world's largest 5G network with the most 5G users globally, accumulating extensive scenarios and experience. She highlighted several key achievements: First, 5G achieved maximum resource integration between standards and industry, effectively uniting all industrial forces behind this technological pathway at the standards level, resulting in the most economical outcomes for commercial deployment.

Second, 5G has empowered numerous industries, with extensive practical applications in low-altitude domains, the Internet of Things, and industrial internet. It has served as a crucial digital foundation, validating its capability to transform various sectors while laying a solid groundwork for future 6G research and development.

Third, regarding spectrum selection, while international markets pursued millimeter wave, China ultimately adopted the mid-band technological route. This choice proved highly successful in terms of both deployment costs and effectiveness.
