PHANCY (06682) announced that the board has received a resignation letter from Mr. Yu Zhonghao. Due to adjustments in the company's work arrangements, Mr. Yu Zhonghao has resigned from his positions as executive director, vice chairman, and senior vice president, effective May 26, 2026. Mr. Yu Zhonghao will continue to hold other positions within the company. Following his resignation, Mr. Yu Zhonghao will no longer serve as the company's authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange's Listing Rules. Dr. Dai Wenyuan, the company's chairman, chief executive officer, and general manager, has been appointed as the new authorized representative, effective May 26, 2026. From May 26, 2026, the company will no longer have the position of chief financial officer. Mr. Liu Nan will continue to serve as the company's board secretary. Mr. Shen Zhuo has been appointed as the company's financial controller.
