METASURFACE FY2025 Net Profit Jumps 216% to S$10.10 Million as Revenue Rises 26%

Metasurface Technologies Holdings Limited (METASURFACE) reported strong full-year results for the 12 months ended 31 December 2025.

Financial Highlights • Revenue increased 26.3% year on year to S$47.60 million, driven by higher orders from the semiconductor sector, which contributed 92% of total sales. • Gross profit expanded 37.6% to S$17.69 million, lifting the gross margin to 37.1% (FY2024: 34.1%). • Profit for the year surged 216.3% to S$10.10 million (FY2024: S$3.19 million). Basic and diluted EPS rose to 6.74 Singapore cents from 2.34 cents. • Total comprehensive income reached S$38.79 million, bolstered by a S$28.66 million fair-value gain on financial assets measured at FVOCI. • Operating profit more than doubled to S$13.70 million, while finance costs climbed to S$1.87 million (FY2024: S$1.24 million), partly due to discounting of a related-party receivable.

Segment & Geographic Performance • Precision machining revenue grew 45.7% to S$24.87 million; precision welding revenue rose 10.1% to S$22.72 million. • By geography, Singapore and Malaysia jointly accounted for 77% of group turnover, with sales of S$18.46 million and S$18.22 million respectively. US revenue stood at S$5.29 million.

Balance Sheet & Cash Flow • Total assets expanded to S$115.54 million (31 Dec 2024: S$76.50 million), supported by a S$35.98 million FVOCI investment portfolio. • Cash and bank balances increased to S$22.26 million (31 Dec 2024: S$17.97 million). • Borrowings declined to S$2.29 million, trimming the gearing ratio to 2.9% (31 Dec 2024: 6.4%). • Net cash generated from operations rose 70.6% to S$10.86 million, while capex reached S$3.54 million, mainly for plant, equipment and right-of-use assets.

Capital & Dividends • No dividend was declared for FY2025. • IPO proceeds of S$1.88 million (HK$10.8 million) have been 79% utilised, primarily to expand production capacity and enhance quality control.

Operational Metrics & Outlook • Unfulfilled purchase orders totalled S$21.8 million at year-end, up from S$19.5 million a year earlier. • Management expects continued momentum from semiconductor, aerospace and diversification into data-storage, oil-and-gas and module-assembly segments. • Post-year end, the group announced incentive grants of S$0.39 million to employees and is assessing a potential dual primary listing on the Singapore Exchange Catalist Board.

METASURFACE plans to scale production capacity, reinforce quality systems and broaden its customer base to sustain growth amid rising demand for precision engineering solutions.
