GREAT HARVEST (03683) announced that effective September 19, 2025, Ms. Lin Qun has resigned from her positions as Executive Director, Chairman, authorized representative under the Listing Rules, authorized representative under the Companies Ordinance, Chairman of the Nomination Committee, and member of the Remuneration Committee. She will continue to serve as Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Yin Ruihan has been appointed as Non-Executive Director, Chairman, Chairman of the Nomination Committee, and member of the Remuneration Committee. Mr. Shi Yongjian has been appointed as Executive Director and authorized representative under the Companies Ordinance. Mr. Pan Zhongshan has been appointed as authorized representative under the Listing Rules.
