Key operational metrics
• Scope 1 & 2 greenhouse-gas emissions fell 24% versus the 2019 baseline; a 46.2% reduction is targeted by 2030 and net-zero by 2050.
• Digitalisation accelerated: 99% of new policy submissions and 95% of buy-service-claims transactions were completed online, saving 1,892 tonnes of paper.
• Seventeen properties are now green certified/pre-certified and 23 buildings hold WELL health & safety ratings.
Health & community impact
• The AIA One Billion initiative has engaged 622 million people since launch, moving more than halfway toward the 2030 goal of one billion engagements.
• Total benefits and claims paid in 2025 topped USD 22 billion; 4.2 million customers now participate in AIA Vitality and China Wellness.
Investment performance and targets
