ValueMax launches 13th 3-month commercial paper on SDAX

ValueMax Group Limited (T6I) has introduced its thirteenth 3-month commercial paper in digital securities on the SDAX Exchange under the SDAX CP Facility Programme.

The “Series 013” tranche is priced at 3.3% per annum and will mature roughly three months after issuance.

The company aims to raise between 10 million and 70 million Singapore dollars from accredited and institutional investors, with the final size to be set by the board based on investor demand.

ValueMax said it will provide further updates on any material developments related to the SDAX CP Facility Programme and this latest issuance.
