Youzan reduces outstanding shares by 58.52 million in April; treasury stock climbs to 507.17 million

For the month ended 30 April 2026, Youzan Technology Limited reported a reduction of 58.52 million ordinary shares in circulation as a result of share repurchases now held in treasury.

• Outstanding share count (excluding treasury) fell 0.18 % to 32.47 billion shares, down from 32.53 billion at the end of March.

• Treasury shares increased to 507.17 million, representing 1.54 % of the 32.98 billion total issued shares, which remained unchanged.

• The authorised share capital stayed flat at HKD 500.00 million, comprising 50.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01 each.

• No share options were granted or exercised during the month. The 2019 Share Option Scheme maintains 11.60 million options outstanding, while the 2023 scheme has capacity for up to 57.96 million additional options.

• The company confirmed compliance with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s minimum public-float requirement of 25 %.

No warrants, convertible securities or other equity-linked instruments were outstanding, and no funds were raised during April. The monthly return was filed with the exchange on 5 May 2026.
