To all user friends: The 2026-2027 heating season has arrived, and the "coal-to-electricity" electricity price subsidy policy will continue to be implemented during this heating season. The relevant policies are explained as follows:

Policy implementation period

The policy applies from October 25, 2026 to April 10, 2027.

Electricity metering method

Where the "coal-to-electricity" meter and the residential electricity meter are the same meter, the average household electricity consumption from May to September is taken, and any amount exceeding this average each month is regarded as electricity used for "coal-to-electricity" heating.

Electricity pricing method

During the heating season, the "coal-to-electricity" electricity price is 0.2862 yuan per kilowatt-hour, using a "pay first, subsidize later" approach. After the heating season ends, if the measured "coal-to-electricity" electricity consumption is 12,000 kWh or less, a subsidy of 0.2 yuan per kWh will be granted on top of the 0.2862 yuan per kWh price; the portion exceeding 12,000 kWh but less than 14,300 kWh will not receive a subsidy and will still be charged at 0.2862 yuan per kWh; the portion exceeding 14,300 kWh will be charged at 0.507 yuan per kWh with no subsidy.

After-sales support services

Because the 5-year warranty period for equipment installed before April 2022 has expired, free repairs are no longer provided. Users may contact the original after-sales service or relevant technicians for paid repairs. Equipment installed after April 2022 continues to receive free service.
